The brushed stainless steel weighing platform and top housing has an upscale appearance to match any kitchen. The low profile is unobtrusive and will not get in your way. The LED readout is bright red, and at 1”, the big bold digits can be seen at any angle. Having a tare function makes it convenient to add ingredients and measure them in the same container. Auto shut off is featured to save battery life, but the scale can also be turned off manually by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. Three AAA batteries are included for convenience.
